One evening I decided to walk along the beach all the way to the back. If you leave the section with the Belmond, there are some very nice villas on the beach. What is noticeable, however, is that there were also ruins among them. Although they were once quite nice properties, they are now decaying. I'm surprised that the properties are left to decay, actually they should still be worth something even with a broken building.
