For a family of 6 I would recommend Bell Trans $4.75 one way and $9 round trip per person to the strip. Shuttle leaves every 30 minutes from LAS and you have to schedule one day in advance. Its a shared ride limo, but with a family of 6 there shouldn't be many more stops as the van can only carry 8 or 9 people.
