BClass + OWE - you should have access to Al Safwa (if I am not mistaken). I've always left my bag in the lockers (not mentioning I am leaving the airport), and then gone down one level, walked to the far right of transit security screening and the staff have let me go back into the arrivals area, used the seperate F/J immigration lounge and out in a matter of minutes. Very easy.
