I flew premium economy SFO-SIN-SFO last week, and found the overall experience terrible.

I literally had to go to the emergency room on arrival because the small seats tweaked my 177cm body so much.

The “book the cook” service was botched with food delivered overcooked and cold, and drink service an hour afterwards.

Caveat emptor!

If you have a choice, maybe choose a competitor? Had a great experience on UA taking the same flight on a 787.
