Had a 2-night weekend stay here as a Gold. I was able to check in at about 10:45 A.M. and was given a room on the 6th floor of the east wing, but no executive lounge access. There was work being done on one of the east wing lifts, but the remaining three seemed to have no problem handling the load.
On my first morning, when the host at the restaurant asked my room number and I gave it, her response was, "Are you sure?" Apparently I wasn't properly on the list of people who should get free breakfast. But she went to briefly talk to someone, and I was let in. No problem the second morning.
