Is the back cabin considered better because it’s smaller? Etc ..
Here's my opinion on the items you raised.
Position in the cabin - there is almost no noise at all from the front galley. The second galley is the more active one. I have had no problems though sitting in row 19 but I do use shades/earplugs when sleeping.
Bathrooms - yes, I would absolutely avoid the last row of the front cabin - especially the centre seats.
Service - I don't think it varies significantly. You can always use the call button!
Loud babies - the risks here are row 19 and the first row behind Biz class. Thus, the front cabin has a lower risk...but a lap child can sit anywhere.
Windows - go to
www.aerolopa.com and look for the SQ LH A350. The seat map is an accurate representation of the layout including window and wing placement. There are no windowless seats on this aircraft in Biz class.
Second cabin - it can be emptier if the flight isn't full as many seem to have a preference to sit further forward.
As has been mentioned 11A,K are the best seats in the house if you can get one.
