As a former >10 year resident of Singapore - what you wrote is uneducated BS.

Just check how much per sq. ft real estate is in Singapore, as well car prices and how much average 40+ Singaporean has in CPF savings. Better to sit while reading.

P.S. 17% Singaporeans are millionaires.
