It should be pretty self-explanatory, but I use the bottom section to log the trips I've scheduled for the rest of the year. The SQx and AP points are calculated using the canadiancow's helpful calculator.

Once I trip is taken, I flip the value in column H from 1 to 0.

Once a trip posts in Aeroplan, I add it to the top section. If there are any discrepancies in SQD (or other issues), they should be easy to spot.

Note that I haven't included Elite Bonuses in the bottom section because those have never been an issue in the past. Given the recent reports, perhaps they need to be added now. Sigh.
