This is possible, though as far as I'm aware not with publicly available data.
It is indeed useful, but it's not quite as effortless as you'd hope. Not all filed fares are possible to use (e.g. a fare may have a fare rule requiring travel between two points on an airline that does not even fly that route). Plus surcharges/taxes make the "ascending price order" thing harder in practice. Many fares that you'd see on EF are actually constructed fares, complicating it further. Oh and also "restricting by cabin" etc isn't easy either - what about sell-up fares?
