I can't seem to untick the LDW option on any reservation I'm making for NZ, regardless of AWD code, or even with no code. Does NZ force you to take LDW? I'd rather rely only credit card coverage.

They also offer something called Excess Reduction which is not included. I am wondering if ER is what would be commonly referred to in North America as CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)?
