I'm flying from ORD to STR via ZHR in January. The ticket was purchased using an American Express membership rewards voucher. Is it possible to upgrade for either miles or a fee on the outbound leg of the trip? I have status on AA and UA but I don't think I can apply those miles to Swiss. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
