I usually get upgraded to First, but have noticed a massive change since Covid in the level of service, especially in C+, which is rarely distinguishable from a poor coach offering. I get they have staffing issues, but that doesnt explain away how often they lean on the bogus "expected turbulence" excuse or simply provide little to no service on shorter routes. Combined with the higher MQDs, they may finally have forced me to move on. Not that I'm enthusiastic about the other options.
