I signed up for Avios for thoughts and E-Rewards through BAEC, I find E-Rewards the more efficient way to collect. I'm easily getting 2000 Avios a week through it, some weeks 4000. I find E rewards always has surveys available where Avios for Thoughts is more sporadic. Although i guess it will depend on your profile as to which offers more surveys. Both seem to be owned by the same company (Dynata) so i'm not sure what the difference is. E-rewards usually takes 4-5 days to credit where as noted above Avios for thoughts is almost instantly.
