Tomorrow's flight BA278 SJC - LHR was cancelled at very short notice, and BA was unable to rebook us for 3 days, so we're missing an important family event. I never received an email about this, and tried for 2 hours to get through to an agent. The website just went into error mode when I tried to handle online.

What is going on????
