I flew back on the ba66 last night and we pushed back from the gate and bags were still being stored. The crew confirmed that they just have to deal with it and were running around as we made our way to the runway.

My question for the group, who decides to push back and did the cabin crew not talk to the cockpit to inform them that a dozen passengers were still moving around loading bags into the overheads?
