You can currently book Aeroplan flights up to May 5th, 2024. The problem seems to be that there is currently no availability SIN/KIX in May 2024 via Aeroplan, but there is definitely SQ availability for other sectors. SQ itself only has award availability on this route at the Advantage redemption level in May 2024, which is why you can see nothing on Aeroplan as you need Saver availability on SQ for that to happen. Whether Saver availability opens up on SQ, and hence becomes available on Aeroplan, is anyone's guess.
