FYI - BA website shows Qatar availability but in reality there may not be any seats available. Looks like the link between BA and Qatar is broken.

I saw Qatar award availability on BA website and transferred my Ultimate rewards points to BA Executive club hoping to book award ticket on Qatar.
I started the booking process, entered my credit card information but finally received error saying - unable to complete the process at this time, call BA office. Tried multiple times but no luck.
Called BA customer support and I was told even though it shows available on BA website those are not available actually.
Now my Ultimate reward points are stuck with BA. Hard lesson learned.
