BRB just getting a new degree to understand this.

But seriously it just puts me off Finnair. I am flying with them next month on an Economy Light fare but so far I haven’t seen or heard much positive about them.

Some things just need a basic enforcement only to help: not allowing larger suitcases for hand luggage, enforcing bags under seats and not allowing excessive duty free bags to be tagged along. If staff rigorously enforced this it might not need quite so much.

Seat selection fees I’ve never understood. It doesn’t appear to benefit anyone other than the airline, no matter how much they spin it.

Also stop calling degrading a service as an enhancement. It’s not.
