I just got off the phone with the Westin Lombard attempting to confirm that they honor the 4pm Elite check out. Got quite a bit of push back insisting it is by availability and they follow the program. I will most likely cancel my reservation and stay elsewhere. Maybe we should have a thread where we can list the locations that violate the terms so we can name'em and shame'em.
