Yes called the call center and they can't see availabilities with TG nor SQ for those dates. Did a quick scan on other dates, and it seems that Aegean website stops sowing TG as of 12 Novemeber. No awards after that.
Do you see the same exact flights on your desired dates being available for booking using Avianca/Lifemiles and Air Canada miles?
Some Star Alliance airlines block some standard mileage space availability for some but not all partner airline point of sales, but sometimes it’s the airline loyalty program’s blocking availability of space made available to it and all other Star Alliance airlines as it doesn’t want its program’s miles used that way at that time (at least for now).
