The “stay ten nights and get one free night” in the chain used to be the standard for some regional hotel loyalty programs within Scandinavia. But that method of rewarding customer loyalty in the region bit the dust years ago, and complexity is increasingly the order of the day to drive up breakage and devaluation in the loyalty program accounts of the consumers Hotels.com’s 10% of the value spent on ten nights was a bit more complex but it has been simply very good to me too. No way that OneKey becomes as consistently good for me as Hotels.com Rewards even with this “simple” “2%” thing.
