Booked a flight using jetblue points... but not only that... the price is less than normal with points because there is the jetblue point promotion going on where using points you pay twenty percent less. So normally it cost x amount of points but because of this sale, it's less points.


Now what would happen if you cancel the flight say few days before your flight? Say booked jetblue blue seat. Now if you did it with credit card, you get jetblue travelbank credit up to one year. But what if you used jetblue points? What if you used jetblue points but did it during a jetblue sale with points? What happens there?


You lose the jetblue points? Well they can't convert it to dollars for a travelbank right? But i can't imagine you get your points back otherwise you pay no penalty if you book a flight with points and then cancel it less than 7 days before departure?
