Nearly 3.30am still not gone to sleep looking for advice. update: managed to get to Haneda T3 since I was checking into royal plaza hotel on corner of the departure floor and went straight to the BA customer assistance desk. Lady from JAL very helpful and managed to issue me with premium economy seat for JAL flight to Heathrow. Case resolved and lucky I was heading this way anyway, but I’d imagine it’ll be a massive hassle dealing with BA tel line…
