After you've installed it, you first need to activate your account with your China Mobile SIM inserted (so this isn't going to work on an eSIM only phone unfortunately). Once activated you can remove the China Mobile SIM and insert your usual SIM. Everything is done over the Internet (WIFI or mobile data).
