The so-called "living room" room is the temporary club lounge until they finish the reconstruction of the former club lounge. Actually, I think the "living room" (it's actually a hotel lounge) is nicer and more interesting than the former club lounge because it's more spacious and you have the evening water fountain entertainment. I've used a club access award here without any problem. With the lifting of Covid restrictions on entering Japan, I'd bet the new club lounge to open this summer.
