No, I meant getting getting FAs to comply with the the service guidelines.It wasn't and isn't part of the culture at my other airlines, either

Of course if catering is late, they aren't going to (and shouldn't) take a delay just to serve PDBs. But if the aircraft is catered...

It gets into boarding pay issues that FAs have and I don't want this thread to come off the rails over that (btw spoiler alert, boarding pay does not necessarily result in FAs doing PDBs).

Also to be clear, I am not up to date on the current service guidelines at AS
