There is one A350 with the forward cargo hold loading system unserviceable and awaiting spares. The rear cargo hold is fine. Unfortunately this means that either the cargo must be offloaded before the passengers, or worse, and horror of horrors for those who frequent this board, economy has to be offloaded before those in J - imagine the indignity of that! If it’s not done this way the aircraft potentially ends up on its tail - which is undesirable. The safest solution is to take the weight out of the rear hold first. It’s an irritation and inconvenience but better than having your flight cancelled and the inevitable disruption that would cause..
