That I DO know! (UK, Ireland) It's a nested trip so not as concerned - I will have the time. The BNA - IAD - FRA - BGO and return is a little more of an adventure. Winter, departing over Thanksgiving weekend, and a need to be in BGO to catch a boat/ship/tub. In the 'old days' we always took the train. Flying was way too expensive inside Europe. Once from London to Interlaken, Switzerland, I took the train to the coast and an overnight ferry to the Netherlands and a train through Germany to get to Switzerland.
