This will be the first time I haven’t sought out an alternative routing to avoid a B787.
And the other wonderful surprise, one that wasn’t apparent to me at all as I booked our JL41 HND-LHR return on the BA portal, is that everyone, even us plebs at the back, gets access to the lounge where you can fill up on as much food and drink as you like before boarding. Only discovered this perk after having booked.
Turns out there are ways of cutting back on onboard catering that can be agreeable to customers.
