It took about 2 weeks, but I finally got notification that the claim was processed and approved. Now I wait for payment by wire transfer. Amazingly, the email claims it will take up to 3 weeks for the wire transfer. It's now been at least 4 business days, so they ain't kidding!

This all seems intentionally designed to slow roll reimbursements and payments. Shameful.
