Just to update on this I received a reply from BA today which makes no sense at all stating that I purchased a promotional upgrade to Premium Economy which isn't eligible for more avios (which isn't correct. I booked Premium Economy from the beginning). The upgrade I made was on the BA flight from ARN-LHR from Y to J.

Why does BA make this so hard...
