Sitting in 51st & Green at the moment. The entire PreClearance process at DUB seems to have changed recently. Checking our bags with Aer Lingus, agent said we could head straight to PreClearance… timed entrance was no longer in effect. We went through Fast Track for initial screening at 11am that involved taking out electronics and small liquids. Took about 5 minutes; regular line maybe 15 minutes. Purchased couple bottles of liquor at Duty Free that went into security bags, and was assured it would pass PreClearance. Down the escalators to security. In the Business line (1 minute wait), we were told no additional screening was required. Regular line looked like 5 minutes and appeared everyone and baggage was going through scanners, but not completely sure about that. Used the Global Entry lane, kiosk took my photo and then an agent scanned my boarding pass and retook my photo and said welcome back to the US. Global Entry took 2 minutes, regular US citizens lane maybe 5 minutes. Extremely happy with the entire experience.
