Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?

Booked King Junior Suite Corner View, got exactly that

How are the rooms?

Room was in the upper 3rd of the building, so had some nice views, helped by the large glass frontage around two sides.
A loo with a view as well.
Bed large & comfortable.
All furnishings in good condition.

How is the exec. lounge?

Didn't use

What was good and what was bad?

Good:
Check-in swift and painless. Chose breakfast for 2 as Diamond benefit.
Room as expected.
Nice views from higher floor.
Location: close to SFMOMA, Cable Car, and Union Square. Some food options nearby.
Good breakfast choices and quality.

Bad:
No room upgrade
Parking is extortionately expensive (something like $80 / night or so). I actually dropped off my hire car at the Avis station across the street on arrival and picked up another one on departure.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

Paid $383 total for 2 nights using Ambassador weekend certificate. This was my second stay here and I would happily return for a third one.
