Similar experiences - upgrade to an internal view, Deluxe Room on 4th Floor as a Lifetime Globalist checking in on a Sunday for one night. Revenue, non-standard suites were available so disappointed these were not offered but Hyatt under no obligation.
Breakfast in VOX was good with the self-service buffet back and eggs/coffee ordered from wait staff.
Coffee machine in room did not work and no instant coffee to use with kettle.
Perfectly fine but not exceptional stay.
