Sadly, that now changed. The EV chargers are no longer free. Which by itself isn’t a deal breaker (it was a nice perk that apparently a lot of locals abused, judging by the number of vehicles with driver in them that I observed at the chargers). But the new pricing structure just sucks for hotel guests: it’s 16 cents per kWh, which by itself is fine. But the chargers are slow (6 kW), so guest will generally need to charge for a while (overnight?), but after two hours the chargers add a parking fee of $5 per hour. That makes overnight parking ridiculously expensive. I arrived at 9pm today, and will have to head back down at 11pm to move the vehicle to avoid getting charged the $5/hr fee overnight. And then tomorrow morning I will have to move the vehicle back to a charger spot. Might as well use a supercharger, and then this property has lost a key benefit over other properties I have stayed at in Vegas.
