I personally found the breakfast at the W was superior to the St. Regis considering the W does breakfast served in the restaurant. Hot item (cooked to order) at the W, similar quality buffet, individualized table service. Not that the St. Regis was bad by any means.

I have to admit the bathroom at the St. Regis was a bit more luxurious though, between the soaking tub and a full assortment of Acqua di Parma toiletries.
