Have an upcoming flight through FRA at the beginning of next month.

The relevant flight is EWR - FRA - BUD in UA J / LH J and I'm *G (UA Platinum) so should have access to the Senator lounges. I've got a 3 hour layover so would love to find a lounge to grab a shower -- any recommendations?

Looks like the mid-day FRA - BUD flight has been bouncing between A and B recently but with 3 hours I should have time to wander a bit if necessary. Is the suggestion above about going to the lounge in Z the best bet before clearing over to the Schengen lounges?

It's been a long time since I was in FRA, the last time I was there I was flying SQ (JFK - FRA - SIN) pre-pandemic and I vaguely recall that the Air Canada lounge had showers but that was a non-Schengen to non-Schengen connection so not applicable here.
