Also the Seattle - India market in Business Class has a huge demand because of the huge number of Indian descent people working at the tech industry at large corporations such as Microsoft, Google, etc... which are all based in Seattle and these people usually regularly fly to India to visit their family and many people who fly business between Seattle and Delhi could afford the displayed prices and purchase them without hesitation. ( Same thing applies for San Francisco - India as well )

Vancouver - Delhi would be a complete different market since both salaries and income in Canada are usually lower than the USA.
Prices are driven by the supply and demand.
