Depends what you are wanting out of the space:
* Not sharing with a random
* A bit more room
* One sleeping at a time
* Two lying down
Think most people do it for the extra space so don't get two. If buying a couch for one person often cheaper to fly PE and can stretch out more in the PE seat.
If you are wanting two lying down in separate couches think you need to buy seperate tickets or ring.
