Comments: Well, put this one down to another "wah wah wah" Platinum whine. I booked and received a standard (very standard) King room. But when I check the app, there are various junior and deluxe suites available to book. And I'm the guy who's organizing this meeting where we're taking about $25K worth of rooms + the meeting room + catering ...

I know that I have no right to expect an upgrade. But it's all quite disappointing nonetheless. Anyway, this one is for work not for play so moving on ...
