I recently had a similar situation. 70 minutes was the planned connection time in ZRH, but my initial flight was 25 minutes late. Needed 19 minutes (timed it) from the moment of deboarding the plane, taking a bus from the plane to the terminal, passport control (machine scanned), inter terminal train to E and boarding on E47 to IAD.
