Of course, as an F Class passenger you would be annoyed. But then, there were probably several more times annoyed passengers in J who were not served appropriately.
I guess I don't really think that anyone from LX or LHGroup is reading our comments here. I also don't believe that sending them an email will change anything. Sigh...
