Is there any reason why the Chase travel portal doesn't show results for flights with Flydubai airline? Their schedule works better for me than Emirates and is cheaper too but although I can get results with them via Google Flights, Expedia, and other 3rd party booking engines, I cannot see their flights on Chase.

Would calling in help and can I book with points when calling?
