Don't really agree here. F with 6/8, 7/8 or 8/8 is hard to do right with 2 FAs, then usually one of the pursers has to help. Even with 3/8 in F the shortage of FAs in the J cabin should not be addressed by "borrowing" FAs from the F cabin.
Disclaimer: I may be a bit biased, as 10/10 of my last long-hauls with LX were in F, as I try to avoid LX J, since I usually cannot sleep well there, not even in 4A.
SHOULD not be addressed is different from COULD not be addressed - if they were short in J.
I was addressing what had been mentioned earlier in the thread, that they were saving on personnel costs in J - and so offered a stopgap. Repeat a stopgap
