other than the bus ride from the airport, I always took ubers, including an uber back to the airport.

The stop isn't at Hyatt Place. It's at a big shopping center - Chedraui - on the other side of the highway, and then you walk over an overpass. the bus company is on facebook and they were good about answering my questions.
