I have a Tesla from PHL. I am working in ACY, but coming to PA on the weekends. I noticed that with few exceptions, charging at all of the superchargers in NJ is $0.41/kwh. However, with a few exceptions, the superchargers in PA are $0.25 - $0.28/kwh. Big difference. I haven't figured out why, but I am trying to charge as much in PA as I can, though I won't go to extremes to do it. Also, most of the PA ones are 250 kw/h and most of the NJ ones are 150 kw/h, so the charges are quicker also.
