The upgrade was purchased and the trip taken; it's now been 14 days since the outbound and 5 since the inbound, and I have received zero credits for either leg. I had three exchanges with PSL (one phone call, two emails) and they generically replied that the credit must be done manually and they will get it done soon. I'm not concerned about not receiving credits (I mean, that would be outrageous, because there's no reason why), but I'm just curious why this trip couldn't be credited automatically? I've never had any issues getting automatic FB credits for DL travel, both domestic in the US and international, though they typically take about an extra day compared to AFKL. So it's just a bit bizarre.
