I'm seeing a different issue: I click on LATAM Pass, a new page comes up. I log in, and it shows that I'm logged in. But I go to Redeem and select Hotels, and it shows a new login button, which doesn't work. Or I go to Redeem and select Cars, and it changes languages, but also doesn't show any more that I'm logged in.

And of course, you can't redeem your miles if you're not logged in.

This problem wasn't around a couple months ago, the last time I redeemed.
