Currently flying YYZ to YYC on AC 147. The wifi is working great, but the texting (Messages by Google/Android) is kaput, even though thre free texting option shows me "connected". It sent one message (as far as I can tell) and the rest are all saying "not sent.". One odd thing relates to airplane mode -- usually this needs to be "on" in order to connect to on-board wifi, but the messages app is telling that's a problem. I've tried it both ways and no improvement. Not sure what others' experiences have been, but on this flight at last it does not seem like a great advertisement for Bell!
