Yes multi-city is included. However it's best not to rely on the on-screen option unless in the on-screen version you see full details of the repayment there. If, as I would expect for multi-city, the screen says it's going off to the refunds team then they may see it as a standard refund rather than the 24 hour refund. You are therefore best to call in that scenario.
thanks for that. In that case, I sense I would be better just paying the £5 to hold the booking and coming back the following day to confirm. It can take AGES to get in touch to get a cancellation by phone. (Although the online chat is pretty good.
